My name is Brett Heinisch and I am currently a candidate for City Council in Bloomington, Indiana's 3rd District. I am running to better serve my community and be a voice for the people of the district. I received my Bachelor's in Public Affairs from IU (with three minors) and my Master's in Public Affairs from IU's O'Neil School. I have been proud to work, serve, and volunteer here and hope to continue do so as best to serve the good people of the city of Bloomington.
